What am I purchasing?
You’re purchasing a digital wellness bundle from KraveFit LLC that includes the guide + supporting resources (workouts, nutrition tools, faith-based encouragement), plus the external links and companion databases/spreadsheets referenced throughout.


Is this a physical product?
No—this is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped.


What’s included in the download?
Depending on your bundle setup, you’ll receive:

  • The KraveFit Lifestyle Faith-Based Guide (main manual)
  • Any bonus pages/trackers included in the guide (ex: hydration tracker, macro worksheet, etc.)
  • The companion databases/spreadsheets (to help you search, reference, and organize the content)
  • A file or page that contains all external resource links referenced in the program


How do I access my files after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll get a download link on the confirmation screen and/or in your order confirmation email. Tip: Save everything to a folder on your device so it’s easy to find later.


What file types will I receive?
Most customers receive a combination of:

  • PDF (for reading/printing)
  • Spreadsheet/database files (often Excel-compatible or Google Sheets-friendly)
    For the databases/spreadsheets, having Excel or Google Sheets is helpful.


Will the external links and databases/spreadsheets really come with it?
Yes—your purchase includes all external links and the companion databases/spreadsheets that support the guide, so you can use the full system as intended.


Can I use this on my phone or tablet?
Yes. PDFs work well on phones/tablets. For the databases/spreadsheets, a laptop/desktop is usually easier, but many files can also be opened on mobile using Excel or Google Sheets apps.


Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes—this program is designed to be approachable and structured. If you’re brand new, start slower, focus on form, and build consistency week by week.


Do I need gym equipment?
You can complete the program with basic equipment (commonly dumbbells and/or resistance bands). If you don’t have something listed, use modifications or household alternatives when appropriate.


How long is the program?
The workout plan is structured as a 4-week program, and the lifestyle/nutrition tools are designed to be reused long-term.


Does this include meal plans or macros?
It includes two nutrition approaches (a structured menu-style method and a flexible pick-and-choose method) plus macro guidance tools. This is educational support—not medical nutrition therapy.


Is the content faith-based?
Yes—this bundle is faith-forward, with encouragement and scripture integrated to support mindset, discipline, and purpose throughout your wellness journey.


Is this a replacement for medical advice or a personal trainer?
No. This product is for education and general fitness guidance. Always consult a physician before starting a new program—especially if you are pregnant/postpartum, have injuries, chronic conditions, or are taking medications.


Can I share this with a friend or post it online?
No. This is a single-user license for personal use only. You may not share, forward, upload, copy, resell, or distribute any part of the files (including the databases/spreadsheets and external link resources).


Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to downloadable files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Will I get updates if you improve the guide later?
Updates are not guaranteed. KraveFit LLC may update or revise this product at any time, but prior purchases do not include automatic access to future versions unless explicitly stated.


What if I have trouble downloading or opening files?
Please contact us through the website Contact page and include: (1) the email used at checkout, (2) what device you’re using, and (3) a screenshot of the issue if possible. 


 What’s included in my membership?
Your plan determines what you receive — in-person classes, live virtual sessions, on-demand workouts, community support, and wellness resources. Your exact benefits are listed on the membership page and at checkout.


Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes, if you choose a recurring plan, it will auto-renew until you cancel.


How do I cancel?
You can cancel through your account (if available) or by emailing support@kravefitlife.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.


Can I pause my membership?
If you offer pauses, add your rule here:
“Yes — we allow pauses for up to [X weeks/months] per year. Email us to request a pause.” 


 

Do you offer refunds?
 

Unless required by law or stated in a specific promotion, we do not offer refunds for memberships, class packs, digital products, challenges, or missed classes. Because digital content is delivered immediately and/or access is granted upon purchase, all sales are final once access begins.


Please review product details carefully before purchasing. Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and cannot be paused, prorated, or credited for unused time, scheduling conflicts, no-shows, late cancellations, or early termination. Promotional pricing, discounts, and limited-time offers are also final once purchased.


If you experience a technical issue accessing your content, contact us and we’ll work with you to troubleshoot and restore access (this does not guarantee a refund). Any suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of our digital products—including chargebacks submitted after access has been provided—may result in revocation of access to the content and/or membership.


What if I forgot to cancel before renewal?
Because access and benefits continue through the billing cycle, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was an error, contact us and we’ll review your situation.


 

What if I miss a class?
We love your commitment, but missed classes are not refundable. If your plan includes replays or on-demand access, you can use those options when available.


Can the schedule change?
Yes. We may adjust times, instructors, or formats based on seasons, holidays, location needs, and demand.



What is a hybrid class?
A hybrid class is offered both in-person and virtually. We do our best to create a strong experience for both, though the formats may not be identical.


What if my internet cuts out?
We’re not able to refund for personal tech or internet issues, but when replays are available, we encourage you to use them.


 

Are challenges for all levels?
Yes! Most challenges have modifications and encouragement for beginners through advanced participants.


Do challenges include nutrition plans?
We may share meal guides, macros education, and recipe ideas. These are educational and not medical advice. Always adapt for your needs and consult a professional for medical conditions.


  

What’s the difference between membership and coaching?
Membership offers community-based classes and resources. Coaching adds personalized structure, accountability, and wellness goal support.


Is coaching refundable?
Coaching packages are generally non-refundable once services begin unless stated otherwise.


 

Are retreats refundable?
Retreat policies are listed on each event page. Deposits are typically non-refundable due to venue and planning commitments.


 

 Do I need medical clearance?
If you’re new to exercise, pregnant/postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a health condition, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional first.
