 What’s included in my membership?
Your plan determines what you receive — in-person classes, live virtual sessions, on-demand workouts, community support, and wellness resources. Your exact benefits are listed on the membership page and at checkout.


Do memberships renew automatically?
Yes, if you choose a recurring plan, it will auto-renew until you cancel.


How do I cancel?
You can cancel through your account (if available) or by emailing support@kravefitlife.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.


Can I pause my membership?
If you offer pauses, add your rule here:
“Yes — we allow pauses for up to [X weeks/months] per year. Email us to request a pause.” 


 

Do you offer refunds?
Unless required by law or stated in a specific promotion, we do not offer refunds for memberships, class packs, digital products, challenges, or missed classes.


What if I forgot to cancel before renewal?
Because access and benefits continue through the billing cycle, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was an error, contact us and we’ll review your situation.


 

What if I miss a class?
We love your commitment, but missed classes are not refundable. If your plan includes replays or on-demand access, you can use those options when available.


Can the schedule change?
Yes. We may adjust times, instructors, or formats based on seasons, holidays, location needs, and demand.



What is a hybrid class?
A hybrid class is offered both in-person and virtually. We do our best to create a strong experience for both, though the formats may not be identical.


What if my internet cuts out?
We’re not able to refund for personal tech or internet issues, but when replays are available, we encourage you to use them.


 

Are challenges for all levels?
Yes! Most challenges have modifications and encouragement for beginners through advanced participants.


Do challenges include nutrition plans?
We may share meal guides, macros education, and recipe ideas. These are educational and not medical advice. Always adapt for your needs and consult a professional for medical conditions.


  

What’s the difference between membership and coaching?
Membership offers community-based classes and resources. Coaching adds personalized structure, accountability, and wellness goal support.


Is coaching refundable?
Coaching packages are generally non-refundable once services begin unless stated otherwise.


 

Are retreats refundable?
Retreat policies are listed on each event page. Deposits are typically non-refundable due to venue and planning commitments.


 

 Do I need medical clearance?
If you’re new to exercise, pregnant/postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a health condition, we recommend checking with a healthcare professional first.
