These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, programs, services, digital content, in-person offerings, and the purchase of any memberships, class packs, coaching, challenges, or event registrations provided by KraveFit.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


1. Our Mission & Community Standard

KraveFit exists to fuel, inspire, and transform women through empowering, faith-forward wellness. We are committed to a space where women are treated with dignity, encouraged in strength, and supported in growth.

You agree to engage with our community respectfully and refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in-person or online. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or coaching package unless a parent/legal guardian provides consent and completes any required waivers for minors.


3. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any laws or regulations
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • transmit malware or harmful code
  • copy, resell, or exploit our content without permission

We may limit or revoke access if we believe you are misusing our site.


4. Accounts

Some services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and protect your login. You are responsible for activity under your account.


5. Memberships & Purchases


5.1 What Memberships May Include

Membership benefits vary by plan and may include:

  • in-person classes
  • live virtual classes
  • on-demand workouts
  • community groups
  • faith-forward encouragement and wellness resources
  • discounts on events or challenges

Your specific benefits are described at checkout and/or on the membership page.


5.2 Payment Authorization

By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the listed price plus applicable taxes.


5.3 Recurring Billing & Auto-Renewal


If you select a recurring plan, it will automatically renew until you cancel.


5.4 Price Changes

We may update prices or plan features. If your recurring price changes, we will provide notice as required by law and/or to the email on your account.


6. Cancellation

You may cancel by:

  • using your account dashboard, if available, or
  • emailing support@kravefitlife.com.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access continues through the paid term.


7. Refund Policy

Unless required by law, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • unused membership time
  • missed classes
  • late cancellations
  • no-shows
  • partial months
  • change of mind

For class-based services, cancellations made more than twenty (20) minutes before class start time may return the class credit to your account, if applicable, but will not necessarily result in a cash refund unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase.


If a promotion includes a special refund policy, it will be stated at purchase.

 

8. Scheduling, Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

Class schedules may change due to holidays, instructor availability, location needs, or demand.

We may cancel or reschedule classes when necessary. If we cancel a class, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. If KraveFit cancels a class, any class credit used for that booking will be returned to your account or otherwise handled in accordance with the purchase terms applicable to your plan or pass.

Late arrival policies may be enforced for safety, class flow, and respect for other participants.


8.1 Client Class Cancellations

Clients are responsible for canceling reserved classes through the applicable booking platform, including Mindbody, before the cancellation window closes.

To receive the class back as an available credit, you must cancel more than twenty (20) minutes before the scheduled class start time.

If you cancel within twenty (20) minutes of the scheduled class start time, the cancellation will be treated as a late cancellation, and you may still be charged and/or lose the applicable class pass, session, or visit credit.


8.2 No-Shows

If you reserve a class and do not attend, and you do not cancel before the applicable cancellation window, it may be treated as a no-show. No-shows may result in a charge and/or forfeiture of the applicable class pass, session, or visit credit.


8.3 Memberships, Packs, and Promotional Offers

For clients using memberships, class packs, intro offers, promotional packages, or other visit-based pricing, a late cancellation or no-show may result in the loss of the booked visit or credit, even if no separate monetary fee is charged.


8.4 Platform Processing

Class reservations, cancellations, late cancellations, no-shows, charges, and visit-credit deductions may be processed through our third-party scheduling platform, including Mindbody, in accordance with the policies in effect at the time of booking. By reserving a class, you authorize KraveFit and its scheduling/payment providers to apply the applicable late cancellation or no-show consequences consistent with these Terms.


9. Hybrid Classes (In-Person + Virtual)

Hybrid offerings are provided to increase accessibility. You acknowledge that:

  • streaming quality may vary based on your internet/device
  • minor technical interruptions may occur
  • access to recordings (if offered) may be time-limited

Hybrid access does not guarantee identical experiences across in-person and virtual formats.


10. Challenges

Challenges may include workouts, habit tracking, nutrition guidance, or devotional-style encouragement.

Unless explicitly stated:

  • challenge fees are non-refundable
  • prizes are optional and may change based on participation or availability
  • participation is voluntary and should be adapted to your fitness level

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate community standards.


11. Meal Guides, Nutrition Content & Education

Any meal guides, recipes, macro suggestions, or nutrition resources are:

  • for general educational purposes
  • not medical advice
  • not a substitute for individualized care

You should consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical conditions, eating disorders, pregnancy/postpartum considerations, allergies, or specialized dietary needs.


12. Coaching Packages

Coaching may include fitness planning, habit support, accountability, and wellness education.

You acknowledge:

  • results are not guaranteed
  • progress varies by individual consistency, health, and lifestyle factors
  • communication expectations and session cadence will be outlined in your coaching agreement or purchase description

Unless stated otherwise, coaching packages are non-refundable once started.


13. Retreats, Workshops & In-Person Events

Event registrations may be subject to separate event-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • event deposits are non-refundable
  • tickets are non-transferable without written approval
  • travel, lodging, and personal expenses are your responsibility

We may change dates/locations due to circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel an event entirely, we will provide an appropriate remedy as outlined in the event listing (e.g., credit or refund of event fee).


14. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Fitness involves inherent risk. By participating in KraveFit services (in person or online), you acknowledge that:

  • you are responsible for assessing your readiness
  • you should consult a physician before starting a new program
  • you will stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms

We do not provide medical advice.


15. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless KraveFit and its owners, staff, instructors, and contractors from claims arising from participation in our services, including injury, illness, or property loss.


You will be required to sign an additional waiver for in-person services or events.


16. Intellectual Property

All content (workouts, PDFs, videos, branding, logos, devotionals, guides, and written materials) is owned by or licensed to KraveFit.

You may not copy, record, resell, distribute, or share our content without written permission.


17. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, streaming, or communications. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages.


18. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy below.


19. Disclaimers

We provide services “as is” and do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on many personal factors.


20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KraveFit will not be liable for indirect damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.


21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • violations of these Terms
  • abusive conduct
  • misuse of content
  • non-payment


22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.


23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.

At KraveFit, we’re committed to creating meaningful, empowering, faith-forward wellness experiences for our community. Because many of our memberships, classes, programs, and digital offerings include immediate access and/or reserved spots, we maintain the following refund policy.


1) Memberships

Unless required by law or expressly stated in a promotion, membership payments are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • unused membership time
  • missed classes
  • late cancellations
  • no-shows
  • early cancellation of a membership
  • failure to use your membership
     


If your membership includes class reservations, you must cancel more than twenty (20) minutes before the scheduled class start time in order to have the class credit returned to your account, if applicable.


If you cancel within twenty (20) minutes of the scheduled class start time, the cancellation will be treated as a late cancellation, and you may still be charged and/or lose the applicable class pass, session, or visit credit.


If you reserve a class and do not attend, and you do not cancel before the applicable cancellation window, it may be treated as a no-show. No-shows may result in a charge and/or forfeiture of the applicable class pass, session, or visit credit.

You may cancel your membership at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.


2) Class Packs

Class packs are non-refundable and may be subject to an expiration period, if disclosed at the time of purchase.


If you reserve a class using a class pack, you must cancel more than twenty (20) minutes before the scheduled class start time in order to have the class credit returned to your account, if applicable.


If you cancel within twenty (20) minutes of the scheduled class start time, the cancellation will be treated as a late cancellation, and you may still be charged and/or lose the applicable class pass, session, or visit credit.


If you reserve a class and do not attend, and you do not cancel before the applicable cancellation window, it may be treated as a no-show. No-shows may result in a charge and/or forfeiture of the applicable class pass, session, or visit credit.


3) Digital Products & On-Demand Content

Because digital products and on-demand content are typically delivered with immediate access, they are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.


4) Challenges

Challenge fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the applicable challenge sales page.


5) Coaching

Coaching packages are non-refundable once services begin, unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement or on the applicable sales page.


6) Retreats & Events

Event terms may vary depending on the program. Unless an event page states otherwise:

  • deposits are non-refundable
  • remaining balances may be refundable only within the timeframe stated on the applicable event registration page
     

7) If We Cancel

If KraveFit cancels a class series, program, or event entirely, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as:

  • a credit
  • a reschedule option, or
  • a refund of the specific program fee
     

as outlined for that offering.
